Vacuum trucks are innovative machines used to break up, collect and haul away soil and other debris. Their basic design includes a truck with a large collection tank that's hooked up to a vacuum hose. Vacuum trucks are used to remove drilling mud, drilling cuttings, cement, spills, and for removal of brine water from production tanks.
Depending on the needs of our customers, we may utilize any of the following types of vacuum trucks:
Ultra high pressure water blasting equipment is a technique for cleaning external services. It relies entirely on the sheer force of water from a pressurized source to achieve the desired cleaning effect on the intended surface.
High pressure water, up to 3000 bar, is used to remove old paint, rust, rubber, chemicals, or other heavy build up without causing damage to the surface below.
Water blasting equipment is the unit for removing industrial grime, fouling, deposits, and oxidation using water under very high pressure.
It is directed at a surface through a specialized blast nozzle. This is not to be confused with power washing.
Hydro excavation is a soil removing service. Instead of mechanical tools, the process uses pressurized water to create a dirt slurry. Hydrovac equipment can then vacuum the slurry to reveal deeper layers of the ground below.
Hydro excavation is a non-destructive method of. digging that has become increasingly popular in recent. years. It involves using high-pressure water and. vacuum systems to excavate soil and other materials.
Hydro excavation can be a cost effective solution to digging because of the amount of time and labor saved by using a more efficient method. Hydro excavation digging is faster because there is no necessity for transporting debris into dump trucks and dump sites
Sandblasting, sometimes known as abrasive blasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
Sandblasting can remove paint, rust, and residue from oxidation from materials quickly and efficiently. Sandblasting can also be used to change the condition of a metal's surface, such as through removing scratches or casting marks. Sandblasting as a cleaning method has been widely used for over a hundred years.
